Alliance Admins: I added a new user and I can’t find them in the system

If you've added a new user and can't locate them in the system, it's likely because they haven't been assigned a role and association yet. Both are essential for an active account. 

To address this, please submit a support ticket with the user's email address, and we'll ensure it's resolved promptly.
