If I have a subscribing agreement with Exhibit E, do I have to send the agreement back to the vendor to sign again?

No, the vendor does not need to sign the full agreement containing the Exhibit E again.  The Subscribing LEA must complete the bottom half / second portion of the exhibit E page. 

School Districts MUST ensure, if they are not using the Auto-Exhibit E Creator functionality in the SDPC Resource Registry, that they send a copy of the Exhibit E directly to the Vendor.  If a School District uses the Auto-Exhibit E Creator functionality, a copy will be sent directly to the Vendor through the Registry.
