I have signed an Agreement, why can I not find my resource on the Registry?

If you are not a member of the A4L Community (which includes the Student Data Privacy Consortium (SDPC)), and cannot log in to the SDPC Resource Registry, then you will not be able to view your signed Agreements on the Registry portal.

All school districts have an obligation to send a copy of the signed Agreement to the Vendor, as it is a legally binding document.  In addition, any Exhibit E's that are used to 'piggyback' onto an Originating Agreement must be sent to form the legally binding agreement.

Membership, and access to the SDPC Resource Registry, would allow you to view/manage these Agreements from one portal.

All School Districts who are members of an Alliance and/or members of the Community have a login, have additional search functionality once they have logged into the SDPC Resource Registry.  They can search by member or non-member resources – see below:

MEMBERS SEARCH PAGE (‘Basic’ or ‘Premium’ membership tier)

Search by Resource: search for ALL Agreements, regardless of whether they are members.

Search by Vendor Member Resources: Only shows signed Agreements from (vendor) members of the Community.

PLEASE NOTE:  If a member logs into the SDPC Resource Registry, they will be able to view ALL signed (member / non-member) Agreements.
