If your name appears on the Exhibit E despite not being the signer, the district needs to enable the alternative signer option under "Edit District Account."
Next, set up an account for the alternative signer with the role of "Exhibit E Signer Only" – this is the designated role for the signer.
Then, the district admin should prepare the Exhibit E, and the signer will receive an email notification to review the submission.
Upon approval from the signer, the Exhibit E will be added to the registry, and the document will be finalized.
