Do I have to be a member of the A4L Community to sign a Data Privacy Agreement (DPA)?

We would obviously love you to be come a part of the A4L Community.... but you do not have to be a member of the Community to sign a DPA.

If a school district is requiring you to be a member before they sign a DPA, this is not something mandated by the A4L Community, this is a request from them. Please contact them to find out more information on their requirements.

The National Data Privacy Agreement (NDPA) is copyrighted and its use is restricted to A4L Community members. At least one signing party MUST be a member of the A4L Community to use the document.
