The NDPA v2.2 release provides minor formatting and typo changes (all non-substantive), with the exception of updating the following in Exhibit C:
- Personally Identifiable Information: Means personally identifiable information or PII as defined in 34 C.F.R. § 99.3 and as defined under any applicable state law.
- School Data - removed PII and made into its own definition
- School Official - FERPA citation updated
